I wanted to love this because the concept is excellent, but it doesn't fit so great. It moves upward and tickles my nostrils. I am hyper aware it is there, which is distracting, and I just want to take it out. The oil doesn't last as long as I would like, either. I am better off putting some oil under my nostrils - same effect. I've tried it several times and different ones (I bought four different ones), and they are all the same. Pretty bummed about it. I like the oil, not the nose piece.

This stuff really works!
Whatever essential oil blend ingredients are in this product, I can only say that they work.
Arizona seems to always have allergies. 24 seven even in the winter. And the older I get the more I suffer.
I have to say this product does help immensely. I use the nose ring when I have a headache and it does have an immediate positive effect
I also put a few drops in my home diffuser
So my house has this lovely aroma that is also beneficial

I wore the allergy relief under my mask today at work, I have that yucky cold everyone has, and it really helped me!!! It cleared my headache, and stuffy nose, I didn’t even cough that much for my 8 hour shift. Would 100% recommend this to all!!!

I went traveling to a location surrounded by trees, used this essence ring plus one Claritin just to be safe and I was PERFECTLY fine. I truly believe this works !!
