Didn't receive the product.

I paid over $100 USD for the product and never received it.
First, I never received a tracking number. Only when I inquired about an update because it was taking a long time, did they give a tracking number and update that it was in a warehouse in Canada, about to be delivered.
I received an email saying it was delivered today - it wasn't. The tracking provided shows a map but with a destination in a different country, but says it was delivered in Canada. Again, I never received it and have been home all day when it was allegedly dropped off at noon. Now, I get an email for it asking for me to review because I got it 14 days ago? This is feeling more and more like a scam, even though I got it from the official store.
