This product is simple enough to open and insert, but getting it to stay put is a different matter. I inserted the Stress Relief Blend - Single Ring (how did ya know I did earlier today, it could have been any one of the four blends that I purchased) and sniffed the aroma, but it really didn't help relieve my stress. And the liquid these rings are doused in is not the most pleasant, but not a big deal. The items were shipped quickly, though I am unsure if I will purchase more in the future, in spite of the coupon for encouragement.
