I suffer from environmental allergies, trees-grass-pollen-dust & cats. This helps with the smell of things and b.o. it's easy to maintain and very comfy. This is a definite staple for me. Very happy with my purchase.

I use this when I go to the gym. I never smell the stink of the gym. The scent is strong in the beginning that I think my nose is running; but it's not.

Id try to make the nose pieces a little harder so they lock onto your nose. I have lost mine a few times, but have luckily found them. I would also add maybe Lilac fragrance and Lillies of the Valley. Other than those suggestions, i love it. It does clear my nose from allergies that i have. I cant wear them all the time. It wears on you after a while. :). Thank You
