Mental health worker? Get these!

I’m a mental health case manager and oftentimes visit folks who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness who don’t always have the insight or resources to keep up with hygiene. I also visit clients who have hoarding tendencies whose homes can be unbearable without the help of the Essence Breathe Easy nasal diffusers. They work wonders with keeping the air I breathe smelling free and clear of rotting food, body odor, and general funk. It’s a life saver!

Paid a lot for delivery, but no package

I’ve paid a significant sum for the rings to be delivered to Europe (a shame that you don’t have a hub here, but ok, the company is still growing and the products are worth it). Two+ weeks in, the shipping label is created, but the package didn’t even leave the warehouse - a shambolic, overly priced shipping scheme which is turning me from your biggest fan into a “never again” customer. The products will be of no use for me in three months (or whenever they arrive, if they ever arrive). I’ll probably not even be in the country to pick them up then. I’m beyond dissapointed.

It works

I like the concept and I feel like it works. But it took a long time to receive. I ordered from the website and Amazon and they both took nearly two weeks, which was longer than quoted when I completed my checkout I expected the ring to be a more sturdy material. As it is, I feel like I could accidentally sniff it up my nostril. I have to keep checking that it’s there. Others have complained that it smells strong when I walk in a room. I can smell it at first but then the scent dies off. Is completely gone after 3 hours. I feel like the videos on the website still leave a lot of questions. Giving three stars for meeting expectation of simply working.

Essence fall out

2 out of the 3 times I wore this at night to bed (breathe easy), it fell out. I loved the idea of it and the scent, but doesn’t help if it is not in my nose
