What's in the bundle
Five scents, in the orderyou'll reach for them.
Each ring is matched to a stretch of the shift, from the first rounds to the drive home.
Hours 1-2
Stress Relief
The rounding blend. A reset in the gaps between patients, before the pace picks up.
Hours 3-5
Breathe Easy
For the long masked stretches, when the air in front of your face starts to feel used up.
Hours 5-7
Eucalyptus
Opening and clearing. The one to reach for when your head feels close and heavy.
Hours 7-9
Peppermint
A cooling lift, right where mid-shift fatigue tends to land hardest.
Hours 9-12
Rosemary Mint
Sharp and herbal, for the last hours on the floor and the drive home after.
Why a ring, not a diffuser
A ring scents you,not the room.
A plug-in diffuser scents a whole unit, so it never makes it past the nurses' station. A ring scents the few inches in front of your face.
No open flame, no oil on your skin, nothing your patients or the person at the next station has to smell.

Choose your kit
Pick how long you want itto last.
Both kits have the same five rings. The only difference is whether you take the oils that refill them.

Rings + oils
Five rings and the five oils that bring them back.
- 5 pre-scented rings, one per blend
- 5 essential oil bottles, 0.17 fl oz each
- One or two drops revives a faded ring, so you refill instead of replace

Rings only
Five pre-scented rings, one per blend.
- 5 rings, one of each scent
- Up to 30 wears each
- No oils, so no refilling once a ring fades
Both kits ship with the same five blends: Stress Relief, Breathe Easy, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Rosemary Mint.
How it works
Three steps,about four seconds.
Place it over the septum
The silicone ring rests over the septum, with the ends just inside the nostrils. Hands free, and the essential oil never touches your skin.
Breathe
Inhale deeply. The scent stays at close range, so the person at the next station doesn't get a dose of peppermint.
Refresh
When the scent fades, one or two drops of the matching oil brings it back. Up to 30 wears per ring.
Not for young children. Essence rings are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
Nothing on your skin. The oil sits in the ring, not against you. No carrier oil, no residue on your hands before a patient.
Reusable. The rings are silicone. Rinse them, re-soak them, and keep going.
Your next shift istwelve hours long.
Five blends, five rings, and the oils to keep every one of them going.
